PERSONALISED DESIGNS

All personalised designs need to be confirmed, ideally by email.  Some items you can order in specific colour schemes, wording etc.  Once you have decided what you wish to order, should it not be available to purchase already online, a message or email will be sent to confirm orders. Please check all spelling and information that you provide to Moose & Co as we can not take responsibility for any mistakes. If you are concerned or would like to talk to me about the personalisation of any products, then please email moose.co@yahoo.com.

PAYMENTS

Paying for your handmade items at Moose & Co is really simple.  All you need to do is click the add to basket button next to the item/s you would like to purchase and it will be added to your basket.  When you have finished shopping, click on the view cart button and you with be able to proceed to checkout. Payments are accepted via Stripe Card Payments Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. I do not accept personal cheques or cash.    Please ensure that your address details are correct. Moose & co does not take any responsibility for items sent to an address which has been incorrectly supplied by you.  

If for some reason you experience any problems with the shopping cart, or do not receive a confirmation email then please  email us  at moose.co@yahoo.com.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

We aim to process your order as swiftly as possible all items are made to order  and will be completed and sent within 14 days.  The normal turnaround is 5-7 working days, but do allow up to the full 14, especially during busy periods.  If in the unlikely event that this may take longer than normal, we shall inform you immediately.  If you require your order for a specific date, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your needs.

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 per order for UK orders Items are sent by Hermes or Fedex.

ITEM DESCRIPTION

Items are described as accurately as possible.  As all items have been designed and handmade exclusively by Moose & Co, no two items will be exactly the same.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you receive your item and you are unhappy with it, please contact us within 48hrs and we will make every effort to resolve any problem. Returns can only be accepted if goods are damaged in transit and return postage costs will not be refunded.

Personalised, custom, handmade to order items are non returnable unless deemed faulty.
